The Q5 and the Q7 deliver an incredible performance behind the wheel, but their capabilities vary. Under the Q5’s hood, two engine possibilities are available. These are 201-horsepower and 261-horsepower variants of a 2.0-liter turbocharged, four-cylinder engine. They both feature an auto dual-clutch, seven-speed transmission with a Quattro AWD system. For the Q7, the lower trims are equipped with the 261-horsepower system offered in the Q5. Higher trims have a 335-horsepower, turbo 3.0-liter, V6 system. All Q7 trims have an auto eight-speed transmission and Quattro AWD.

Appearance

Both of these prestigious models have unrelenting visual appeal with bold individuality. The Q5 is a smaller model with a modest definition running through the door panels and hood. The nose is dressed up with chrome-outlined air vents, a chrome-laden front bumper, and a black grille dressed in honeycomb mesh. The larger Q7 boasts a tall, black grille with vertical accentuation. The lower-front air vents and the laser LED headlamps also feature linear accent bars.
